Solid and future-proof
The merger enables us to guarantee continuity and quality of our services for our clients. In addition, our international position will be strengthened thanks to our Moore Global network. We now have access to 30,000 specialists in over 110 countries.
The merger will enable Moore MKW to respond proactively and better to digitalisation, innovations and sustainability. Hence, we have got everything in-house for our employees and entrepreneurs which can to contribute towards personal happiness, business success and to society. That is our mission.
Constant attention in all regions
Moore MKW’s heart is beating at 19 of our visitor locations spread out over the regions above the rivers. Thus, our expertise is close to the entrepreneurs and Moore MKW can contribute to the local businesses. “We invest in regional initiatives to make an impact on society. By doing so, we ensure talent is retained in the regions”, Ton Rakké (Moore MKW executive board member) adds.
Together we are one
The theme in 2023 was ‘to become one organisation together’. The set-up within the internal company has succeeded well thanks to everybody’s full commitment. It was an enormous effort. We celebrated this with a great merger party in November. A lot of attention was also paid to organisational culture. Olaf ten Hoopen (deputy Moore MKW Chairman of the board) explains: “We worked together with our employees on one new joint culture. Our core values arose from this: teamwork, pleasure, balance, personal development and professionalism. They form the foundations for the manner in which we wish to fulfil our mission.”
Visible as Moore MKW
Now that the merger has been finalised, we are relinquishing the separate Moore MTH, KroeseWevers and UNP brands. Instead, we will be visible as one Moore MKW entity as of 8 January 2024. Our new image and branding will be visible in our public profile campaign in which our employer’s promise ‘Because happiness counts’ plays a central role. Also, of course, in all other communication statements. Think of social media, the website, newsletters, e-mails and visitor locations.
