Serving businesses even better through multi-disciplinary services
Linking up with UNP will enhance Moore MKW’s position to serve businesses multi-disciplinarily and continuously. UNP’s core values; culture, methodology and customer portfolio are well aligned with those of Moore MKW. Moreover, UNP is, like KroeseWevers, a leading player in the national accountancy business for supermarkets.
UNP-partner Jan Ningo Dijck adds: “With this merger, we can serve businesses in the north of the Netherlands and franchisers throughout the entire Netherlands even better, and in a multi-disciplinary and continuous manner. In doing so, we can face the challenges of this time. Besides that, this affiliation will result in being a more attractive employer for our talents”.
An attractive employer for talent in the north
A strong position in the northern region has been created with Moore MKW locations in Groningen, Assen, Emmen, Steenwijk, Heerenveen, Meppel and Zwolle whereby all (potential) employees in the north can find an easily accessible workplace.
Moreover, extra opportunities will arise for existing employees to develop their talents further, for example by means of personal development programmes. This will contribute to retaining excellent and happy employees. Because at the end, they are the key to a successful, future-proof organisation.
Gradual integration of the merging organisation
The integration will take shape gradually in 2023. The rebranding to Moore MKW is still in the development stage; for the time being, KroeseWevers, Moore MTH and UNP will operate and communicate under their own brand names. In time, Moore MTH’s visiting address in Assen will be incorporated into UNP’s location.
Top 10 player in accountancy
Through the accession of UNP, Moore MKW will have over 1,000 employees in the future, divided over 21 branches in the north, east, middle and west of the Netherlands. Together they will serve 40,000 clients and the organisation will generate a turnover in excess of 100 million euros per year. This means Moore MKW will be heading towards becoming one of the top 10 accountancy firms in the Netherlands. “We are proud that we can link up with a quality firm; this is good for our people and for our clients”, according to UNP-partner Coen van den Berg. Eric Hutten, chairman of the KroeseWevers board, adds “We are proud of the affiliation with UNP, among others, because quality is also important to them”.
Future-proof together
KroeseWevers, Moore MTH and UNP are convinced that they are stronger together and in a better position to contribute to personal happiness, business success and society.
