Moore becomes Auren alongside its European partner firms

Dutch accounting and advisory firms Moore DRV and Moore MKW will continue under the name Auren from March 2027. Their partner firms in Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Spain will also adopt the Auren name.

Together, they will form a single group that strengthens the local market position of each firm while making international expertise more accessible to clients.

Auren

The new name follows a period of significant growth for Moore Netherlands. In 2026, Moore DRV and Moore MKW merged to create one national organisation, and consultancy firm Improven also joined the group. As a result, Moore Netherlands now has more than forty offices and approximately 2,800 employees.

The organisation offers a broad range of services to entrepreneurs and businesses. Bringing as many of these services as possible together under the Auren name creates greater clarity and strengthens the organisation's market position: one name, one organisation, one team serving entrepreneurs in the SME market.

Through its European partner organisation, specialist expertise from other countries can be seamlessly integrated into that offering. Local presence, entrepreneurial spirit within the offices and strong regional connections remain essential.

The firms that will become Auren are already part of the same group and have worked closely together for several years. They share the ambition of becoming one of Europe's leading professional services groups for the SME market.

Through a shared platform, collaboration on AI-driven innovation and access to specialist expertise, clients will benefit from stronger international support and better coordinated services across multiple markets.

All firms remain members of the Moore Global network. This will continue to ensure access to worldwide expertise and collaboration whenever it is relevant for clients.

Closely connected to our clients and their businesses

“We remain who we are,” says Chief Executive Officer Marco Utermark. “The heart of our organisation remains firmly rooted in the regions where we operate. We stay closely connected to our clients and their businesses, with people who take ownership, think practically and speak openly. Clients will continue to benefit from short lines of communication and trusted relationships. What changes is the breadth of expertise and support we can organise around them.

With our new shared brand, Auren, we are more strongly connected to one another, both in the Netherlands and internationally. Our growth has never been an aim in itself. We have grown so we can help entrepreneurs tackle the opportunities and challenges ahead with greater expertise. As Auren, we can now demonstrate that even more clearly.”
